I am a trained journalist and producer based in Vancouver, British Columbia. My expertise lies at the intersection of journalism and communications, having worked for four years at branded-podcast studio Pacific Content. I specialize in making original shows that audiences love and align with brands’ goals. Some of the podcasts I work on include award-winning Work Check, Choiceology and Command Line Heroes.
I have also published journalistic work with NBC News, CBC News, The Globe and Mail, Vancouver Weekly and Canadian Geographic.
As a graduate of The University of British Columbia’s Graduate School of Journalism, I was fortunate to be selected as one of ten fellows in the Global Reporting Program. I collaboratively reported on global seafood supply chains for a full year with students around the world. The resulting multimedia project entitled “The Fish You Don’t Know You Eat” won several awards.
When I’m not busy interviewing people for podcasts, you can find me reading, eating dessert, or exploring the outdoors.
